Pearl PendantsThe best piece of jewellery that is there inside my antique silver plated jewellery box is a pearl necklace with a pendant that is also a pearl. It is a choker style necklace which has four strings of pearls, all the beads are small and similar in shape and feel with a shiny appearance, while the pendant is a big sphere of pearl and the surface is not as lustrous as the other beads. This is my favourite and very precious to me because my late granny gave it to me.
There are many other necklaces in my jewellery box that have pendants, but nothing beats this one. I wear to parties and evening get together. I also plan to wear to the prom night with a black velvet off shoulder evening gown. This is the advantage we get with pearl pendants – we can wear it to any place and still not look over decked up. Yet they add a touch of brilliance to our looks and the air around us.
